, ,Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support software sustainment and development activities
- Analyze, design, develop, integrate, test, document and deploy Java code
- Analyze, design, develop, integrate, test, document and deploy BIRT reports
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with existing reports
- Develop SQL queries to apply to an Oracle database
- Core competence required in developing java code for applications, interfaces and front ends
- Assist in refining requirements for reports to meet customers’ business needs
Requirements:
- Logical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Java 7 or 8
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience working in an Oracle or other RDBMS environment
Preferred:
- Ability to support development using C++
- Experience writing reports using BIRT
- Experience with Momentum Financial Systems
- Individuals that like challenges and are eager to learn new concepts and skills
- Communicate ideas, concerns and status with other team members
Education:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
Security Clearance:
- Must have a Secret clearance (transferrable) and Special Background Investigation no more than 5 years old (requires US Citizenship)
