This role will support end-to-end training design and development, working with SMEs to understand the training objectives, curriculum and assessments in order to apply dynamic adult learning principles to training courses

This shall involve, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automations (RPA), utilizing UiPath software/technology
  • Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model in order to achieve higher levels of automation
  • Design an agreed upon solution, build / code the automation solution, participate in testing and Go Live for an assigned RPA initiative
  • Deep knowledge of UiPath platform to troubleshoot issues and how to fix them, including support of ongoing maintenance
  • Work within Agile delivery framework to decompose work request into user stories to estimate and track work
  • Create and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD) throughout automation lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to documented RPA framework, build and delivery standards
  • Develop automation code in line with TDD
  • Create all robot test scripts and coordinate robot testing and System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Ensures that RPA code is free of defects
  • Ensures automations developed are scalable to the enterprise and sustainable
  • Work with Business Analyst and Process Owners to ensure User Acceptance Testing is thorough, accurate, and complete

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful experience implementing, maintaining, and improving RPA solutions using UIPath.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification required
  • Experience working with Document Understanding, Automation Hub, Process Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, and the automation test suite is a plus
  • Exposure to working with teams in virtual environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Experience with government contracting preferred

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in computer information systems, programming engineering, technology and/or relevant professional RPA certifications

Security Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)
