The ERP CS program will establish and sustain common services in DISA and a Cloud environment to support the deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) by Mission Partners (MP). The currently defined MP programs are Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS-ACAT I), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS-ACAT I), and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi-BCAT II). The following are key objectives for this effort:

  • Sustain existing ERP CS infrastructure and services in DISA
  • Deliver new Common Services capabilities in DISA utilizing an agile methodology
  • Establish ERP Cloud Common infrastructure and services utilizing an agile methodology
  • Deliver new Common Services capabilities in Cloud utilizing an agile methodology
  • Support Cloud migration strategy, tactics, and implementation

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience as Oracle DBA in design and administration of logical and relational databases
  • Full understanding of the E-Business Suite R12 & R12.2 with its architecture
  • Install and maintain E-Business R12 & R12.2 application and database
  • Participate in database capacity planning related to database growth and system utilization, trend analysis, and predicting future database resources
  • Provide pro-active and reactive performance analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning of EBS, SOA application servers in a mission critical environment
  • Support Oracle RAC/Multitenant architecture
  • Support Oracle Identity Management product suite
  • Support OEM
  • Cloning of EBS systems and automation procedures
  • Install, setup and maintain Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control 13c
  • Setup and configuration on Dataguard
  • Knowledgeable of migration methods using DataPump, PDB Cloning, and CDB Cloning
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Current Comptia Security+
  • Must be U.S. Citizen

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SOA and other Oracle enterprise applications based on Oracle Middleware
  • Hands on experience with implementation, upgrade and tuning of large Oracle EBS environments
  • EBS HA and DR concepts and options, including RAC, PCP, Shared Files Systems, ASM, Data Guard, and other replication strategies
  • Patch assessment and apliation in an EBS environment
  • Performance problem identification and remediation
  • Systems Administration experience with Linux operating systems
  • OE Linux experience a plus
  • DBaaS in OCI environment a plus
  • ExaCS in OCI environment a plus

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
